Anxiety, nervousness on Monday If you are a working professional or a student, do you feel anxious on Monday morning before joining office meetings or school lecturer. I did very well in Friday meeting (I talk good), I got a lot of confidence but on Monday feeling anxious but I again talked smoothly in the meeting. I do some breathing exercise & medication everyday before joining office meetings to keep my mind calm. Edit- sorry, It was meditation not medication.
