This won’t solve anything but I remember one time I had to present an idea through a phone call for a gig, and I totally prerecorded myself on another device where I introduced my name and my experience 😂 The guy could not stop me from “talking” because he did not want to be rude haha So I played that and sat peacefully without the agony of having to say basic things like my name. The rest of the conversation went okay because I was more relaxed I guess… idk that worked for me that time, but it is not a solution, it’s more like… avoiding the real problem but if you need something fast maybe try it out 😄
