Does anyone else have different problems in other situations?

Does anyone else have different problems in other situations? I started my job in a call centre. It only ever cracks while I'm taking calls in work and I don't know why. I assume im trying extra hard to focus and not stutter that it causes some strain on my throat or its due to the dry air. I've also noticed that if I'm licking my lips before saying a certain word, usually at the start of a sentence, for example the word "Emergency" or "electric", etc, I find it hard to break the cycle of licking my lips. It's only when I'm working and while it isn't common it's annoying and also a very weird thing. My voice also usually cracks when I say "emergency" is I stutter on it, which is common but again that's only when I'm working. If I stutter at any other time during the day, my voice doesn't crack unless it's coincidental. When in work a voice crack and stutter almost always go hand in hand and it's exhausting. I would drink literal litres of water during my 8 hour shift, have some throat lozenger to soothe my throat. I'd also have hot drinks such as coffee, tea and occasionally a hot chocolate to clear my throat. These items only last a short period of time before my mouth and throat is separated from any moisture. And it's only in the switchroom too when taking calls.
