Guys I experimented a bit more and found out that stabilizing my jaw help a lot. Usually, when I speak my jaw moves not only a bit too much but also forward. Stabilizing my jaw to reduce it to most minimum movement made me use my tongue more and made me also flow. It first it was quite hard, because my tongue had to form the sounds which made my speech a bit blurry, since I'm not used to it. This is a complete different way of speaking for me. Usually I kind of speak word after word, but now I flow over the sentence. Furthermore I found out that using headphones to cover up my voice helps me reduce tripping up on words. I think I subconsciously try to control my speech to sound perfect, which results in more fails. And headphones help me to forget about how I sound like. Yes, I am a stutter, but I do think that the majority of my stuttering is caused by bad habits and defensive reactions I adopted over the time.
