You should not hide from people. Go out, talk. Face people. Accept that you stutter. If you do that, that will magically help you to control your stutter. Don't care about what anyone is thinking or not. Try to meditate and lessen your anxiety. Try working hard in your career because success gives confidence. Control your breathing, read aloud daily for half an hour. Try to keep yourself happy and never ever doubt yourself. Always say to yourself ," I can do it. I don't care what anyone thinks. I will do it". All the best!
