hey, i just quoted something i found spoke most of all about the person writing. don't take it as an attack or anything. the rest of the article's obviously still there. you work in the field, right? haven't you met clients who have a severe disability to the point where pursuing a career in verbal communication would be folly? of course, there are other things people can do. but some things seem out of reach.
