Well to be honest they cant discriminate based on a disability.... and if they actually told you that they might not hire you based on your disability... you might be able to sue them. But just be open about it. Not sure what the job is because i only read your tldr tbh. I'm not sure you can convince them that it wont be problem? But maybe they will relocate you into another position that has less verbal communication.
