About talking on the phone

About talking on the phone My legs are all twitchy from the nervousness of my last phone call. Does anybody feel the same way? Speaking on the phone is such a challenge, I hate that there is complete silence on my end of the line. One time, a woman hung op on me, because no words came out. I don't really know why I'm posting this, sometimes I just can't believe the small things like picking up the phone can make me almost shut down.
