If it's a problem to the point that you feel like you won't be able to answer questions or be your best self, just come out and explain to them that you have a stutter, and that it isn't just nerves. If you feel like it doesn't affect who you are as a person, just let yourself stutter and don't apologize for it. If you give the impression that you're totally cool with it, they'll be very impressed. This CAN be a win-win.
