It's a slippery slope. It's very easy to justify taking it everyday till one day you need it. Then the help it causes goes away. Withdrawal can last from months to years depended on how long you've taken it. Withdrawls can cause death if not properly tapered off but even then its uncomfortable as hell. Just be careful. Never get more the 10 or 15 pills a month and you'll be ok. If you've ever taken them daily do yourself a favor and just stop.
