I took a therapy and focused on reading out loud. Also im that kind of stutter that doesnt stutter when he is alone. For me it was 80% my mental state that a) i wanted to be 100% perfect and b) i cared too much about stuttering. U have to learn how to calm. Also bring up speaking. U have be comfortable speaking and actually enjoy it or u wont get rid of it( u cant get rid of it every person stutters but u get the point ). How i could help ask if u want some more info :)
