Whenever I notice my stutter increasing. I just take ten minutes a day to sit and focus on breathing slowly and trying to relax. mediation without the hippy-ness. It doesn't fix it immediately but it's an accumulative affect for calming myself down even if I don't feel particularly anxious and amped up. It still works for me
