HELP ME FOR My SPEECH

HELP ME FOR My SPEECH So i have a speech impediment and im 16. I only stutter or it is noticeable when Im nervous or think about it too much. I have an Adderall that I purchased illegally, 20mg of Rx Adderall. The one time I took adderall, I was speaking fine but had no anxiety. I actually spoke more and better. However, im scared that with my anxiety, the Adderall is only going to make it worse. Please, info, help me, im so scared and its tomorrow morning.
