I have a really difficult time saying my name as well! It’s super common among stutterers. Something that’s helped me is taking a big, diaphragmatic breath and then try saying your name as you exhale. Another thing that I find helpful is linking the last syllable of a word with the first syllable of the next word. For example, try saying “i’mmmmSaoirse” and try to focus your attention on “mmmmSsss”. Or “my name izzzzSaoirse”. Your brain may not recognize this as something that you stutter on.
