Yes, you are still very young, but you need to start taking action otherwise your anxiety and depression will dig you deeper into a hole you’ll find even harder to get out of. I found B1, Magnesium, KSM-66 helped me heaps. - Read aloud every day for 15-20 minutes at a slow pace whilst practicing fluency shaping techniques you’ll learn from your Speech Pathologist You need to take action now. You’re obviously at a very low point, so it’s time to start taking control.
