Thumb injury and stuttering

Thumb injury and stuttering I had been exercising, I made some kind of improvement, then a week ago I had thumb injury. I don't know because of pain or medicine, my stuttering goes through roof, I am stuttering everywhere and on every word. Last 5 days, I am seeing real darkness of stuttering, damn I just want to end this pathetic life.
