Hi, I have a stutter and I have some questions

Hi, I have a stutter and I have some questions First off and most importantly, I'm 13. Will I outgrow it? I know it's more common in toddlers/young children like 2-6 years old so I'm wondering if it's gonna be permanent. Second off, when I find myself stuttering or not being able to get a word out, I usually get cut off. Also sometimes when I get stuck and can't speak people take it as I'm ignoring/didn't hear them.
