Russian class Hi, I'm a 17 year old German girl. I'm not going to talk about my first month in school in general, but about russian classes. Last year I said a lot in class, but something changed. I tend to stutter more while reading out loud texts (not surprising, reading out loud was always my biggest weakness) but currently, I tend to stutter more on those (& in general). I've told my teacher about my stutter last year & I always thought about it being obvious. but he still looks at me like I'm ridiculous. Today I rose my hand (yeay), I only had to say one word. "хотеть" (chatet, the ch like in bronchitis). & oh lord. what a proooolongaaation on that damn ch. It took long. again, he looked confused & amused, asking "what?". I brushed it off, said I need a second & tried it again. of course I also pronounced the word wrong because of my nervousness & had to repeat. didn't go as bad but still. I don't want any comments like "talk with him in private" or smthing. sometimes you only want to get smthing out of your chest when no one nearby can nearly relate to it.
