Practice techniques, reading aloud, meditation, try to set a 'talking challenge' every day/week, write your progress down in a diary, try to talk to strangers (Just saying hi / how are you? / have a nice Day) can help to be more comfortable in public, don't try to rush 'getting rid' of stuttering, it takes time and a lot of effort.
