Assuming you're in America, stuttering is covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Here's a good explanation of the situation: http://www.ada-il.org/questions/q_stuttering.php Basically, you can claim it as a disability if you so choose. It's not such a black and white issue as being paralyzed, deaf, etc. Most of us can still communicate, just with a bit more difficulty. I have never listed it as a disability as a matter of principle and I've never had an issue with employers. It's really up to you.
