Stuttering isn't something to feel ashamed about. Not saying that you are, that's just what I take from your comment here. Trying to make yourself not stutter internally, by whatever means, is not going to improve fluency. Letting yourself stutter, and following through with the stutter will improve fluency over time as you feel less anxious about showing it. I've found even prolonging the stutter longer than your body actually needs to, deliberately, helps me and has been a big help to a lot of people on here from what I can see. Hope this helps!
