Fellow stutter here who did 8 years in the US Army as a Combat Medic/Paratrooper. Its going to be hell, but you can do it. Its going to involve alot of talking on radios, alot of public speaking, and speaking in high pressure scenarios like in court rooms or at the scenes of a death. You are going to meet people who are having the worst moment of their life and are angry at you. You can bet damn certain that they're going to make fun of your stutter. You're going to need a thick skin. You're going to have to choose peace when people are going to coerce you into violence. People are going to look for your weakness, you need to make sure that mentally your stutter is not it. You can do this if your heart is in it, but it's going to be a hard road. You may have to work harder than your speech fluent peers just to be seen as equal, but you can do it if your heart is in it.
