It’s so true! Keep it up, it’ll never be perfect but your son will feel your love. When I was a teen (I’m 26 now) I used to YouTube videos on different exercises and just do them daily. Since then I’ve found some resources that actually have some of the things I used to do on a regular basis. Take everything with a grain of salt but generally, I do find practicing some of these before a big work presentation does help loosen things up. But most importantly, I’ve worked on meditation, cutting out negative self thoughts and have tried to stop worrying what others think of me, and knowing it’s OK if I do stutter. It’s always a WIP! http://docshare01.docshare.tips/files/11866/118665686.pdf https://www.google.com/amp/s/stamurai.com/blog/stuttering-exercises-for-adults/amp/ https://www.spectrumspeech.ie/blog/exercises-to-reduce-stammering-in-children
