She sounds supportive and I trust she will hear your content, ie that you know what you are presenting. The information that is…a couple of practice runs before, some deep breathing exercises (this has helped me for what it’s worth) Look, all you can do is your best. Anxiety provoking as it is. I’ve been there. If I can suggest something and I think this is really important, try to busy yourself with other things beforehand…go to the cinema, listen to music, whatever, try to have some fun, whatever to take your mind of….overthinking it only serves to stress you out more… Please keep us posted….
