Me and wife planning on starting family.

Me and wife planning on starting family. Now this might seem mundane to most, but I grew up with a severe stutter that became a mild one in adulthood. My father also has a minor stutter. I went to speech therapy up until age 18. Now this might minor problem to some but I'm scared of my child having a stutter. I know how much emotional trama it caused me and would hate for my child to experience the same. Not sure if anyone is able to provide any insight.
