What supplements do you take and feel like they help? Nothing is perfect, but something as simple as a fairly high-dose (2500mg) of vitamin C, I feel actually makes a difference...from what I've read it has an effect on dopamine. I also take B-1, magnesium and lions mane. Anyone else have a similar experience or like other supplements?
