I use to go through those phases too, because I was too much in my fkn head about my stutter. Don’t overthink your stutter and you’ll get better at speaking in those situations. Just the thought of anticipating a stutter/block actually manifests it. It sucks and it takes time to weed out these thoughts/beliefs/fears.
