How interesting! I’ll have to look into costal breathing and try it out. I just googled it and it almost sounds like it might be somewhat on the same page with what I’ve been doing with the adding a word before the troubled word thing. And I agree—it would have been nice to know other kids dealing with it too. I was the only one in my speech class at that specific time anyway when I was in 2nd grade— my speech teacher had me come in during reading. I struggled with words that started with M, and I remember my first speech class ever was the day after we started reading a book called “Monkey Monkey” 💀
