For stutters with anxiety If you do not allow yourself to stutter you will continue with anxiety and fear, as a result you cut off your spontaneity. Instead if you allow yourself to stutter safely and without fear, congratulations you are on the right track. Talking is pure spontaneity. Flow is a byproduct of 'giving a shit what they say about you'. Ps: By allowing yourself to stutter naturally you are no longer thinking about stuttering or how to speak
