I was honestly amazed by this movie. It caught a lot of flack from the film nerds, but I thought Colin firth's depiction of a stutterer was awesome. Even more than that though, Helena Bonham Carter's reaction to Colin's stuttering was heartbreaking. She was so supportive and seemed to entirely understand and feel what he was going through. She genuinely seemed like the life partner of a stutterer, and it was the nuances in her performance that really got me. God bless. I hope anyone reading this post who hasn't seen the movie goes and watches it right now.
