Fear of Radios/Walkie Talkies

Fear of Radios/Walkie Talkies Hey! I started a new job where I have to carry a radio on me and I hate using it. I haven't needed it much, but last shift I had, I had to use it for calling for help with this or that which I didn't do. I ended up using it for "bag check" when my employer basically wants to make sure we're not sneaking out merch. Has anyone else dealt with overcoming this? I find it hard to call someone's name when I can't see them or even if I can.
