I've noticed that some techniques work some times , like taking a breath through your nose for 4 seconds before speaking , talking slower than usual or starting a sentence with a soft word. Alcohol also really helps , I don't stutter when im drunk but I don't wanna become an alcoholic just so I can speak normally. I've read that magnesium, L-theanine and ashwaganda can also bring positive effects
