I'm an industry scientist, my fluency is moderate to mild most of the time. I have no problem giving presentations as I speak with a different cadence and i almost never stutter. Difficulty comes when giving input to the group and sometimes 1 on 1 teams calls. I'm fidning that not giving a fuck is probably the best strategy.
