and that's what I'm talking about, driving cab no one cuts my hours but me.not to mention there are no qualifications outside of a driver's license.I see a lot of posts on here about struggling with employment and I'm offering advice on a job you can start in two weeks flat that's super casual and pays great. I used to be a k-3 deaf classroom instructor and it did NOT pay seventeen an hour, at least not right out of the gate. if you wanna know the truth I feel like people who focus on hourly pay are suckers, when it's moving you can easily be averaging $22+ per hour, on the weekends I regularly bring home $300+ for five hours work. but it's not all about money right ;-) that's not to say there isn't independent responsibilities like taking care of the vehicle and stuff so I spend probably four hours a week on unpaid duties but I don't have a boss! no one in my car telling me I'm doing this wrong or to follow that procedure or this script and as someone who stutters under pressure, that is worth more than gold. the only downside are elitists who make less than me who want to make you feel low on the social chain, I just blow them off knowing they have to eat shit all day, follow procedures and dress codes and wake up every day to an alarm, must be awful
