What companies do you know hire disabled/neurodivergent people? I have a stutter and I get rejected from every job I apply to. Even if it's not a customer service job. But one company, in Canada, I do know that hires disabled people is Real Canadian Superstore. I was once shopping there and I had asked a clerk for help. As soon as I asked him, I could tell by his face that he was zoned out and having a hard time collecting his thoughts. Could be ADHD? I don't know. But I didn't get an answer lol. But I was patient with him and tried to solve the problem myself. In any other business like Starbucks, that guy would get fired on the spot. But I'm glad that there are some corporations out there that are patient with people with disabilities and willing to give them a chance and work like everyone else (even if it's a struggle for them)
