Going on a date with a cute guy who stutters. Don't want to come across as an ass. Help! Hello /r/Stutter! Needed some advice and was told this would be the best place to go. I met this really awesome guy over the weekend and we hit it off great. He's super cute, very friendly, charming and I was excited to get to know him more. When he introduced himself he stuttered and played it off, in a really cute way, about how he has a stutter and his parents gave him a name that starts with "C" unfortunately. As the night went on we started drinking more and his stutter just kind of went away because he was more relaxed. I completely forgot about it. Well fast forward and numbers are exchanged and a proper date is set up and that's when I remember his stutter. Now, I have absolutely **NO** problem with stutters. I actually find them somewhat attractive. But I'm so nervous that I might do something stupid or finish his sentence on accident and come off as rude and I don't want to do that. So does anyone have any tips for a nervous girl who is about to go on a date with a super cute boy who stutters? **TL; DR**: Going on my first date with a guy who stutters and I don't want to come off as an asshole. What things should/shouldn't I do?
