I'm reluctant to try and share what I learned in speech therapy. The speech therapist was a key part of the process. They moderated my progress. They corrected me when I was making errors along the way. They were the ones that decided when it was appropriate to move to the next stage of the process. For all I know the same therapist might approach two different patients completely differently. I've shared broad strokes of what I experienced in speech therapy. But I would never presume to try and help another stutter work through the therapy that I received. People have more than enough experiences with inadequate speech therapy. Well-meaning parties that take on a challenge beyond their skill set. Speech therapist in public schools. Psychologist who try their hand at speech therapy. IMO, many PWS form a low opinion of speech therapy due to such experiences. I.e. It does more harm than good. I would be interested in starting a list of resources and their localities for people in this community. I find one of the challenges many of us face is finding competent speech therapists.
