I've noticed that after I come down off things like psychedelics and cocaine my stuttering is worse, even after a few days. While on drugs though, like lsd and cocaine I'm much more fluent. Alcohol and benzos have had the best effect on my fluency. dmt is great for a spiritual experience and enlightenment but I don't think it really does anything for actual fluency.
