New here. Help? I don’t know why I never thought about looking for a Reddit group before. Im a 27yo male stutterer by inheritance. Grew up going to therapy a lot as a kid but forget most of what I learned. Recently have been looking into solutions (DAF, valsalva etc) and wanted to know if anybody has found a method that has helped stopped them from stuttering. Thanks to all
