I can't give you an estimate. That depends on how much work you are willing to put into improving your speech and how bad your timing problem with speech is. There is no cure because the cause of stuttering hasn't been found. Every stutterer is genetically predisposed to start stuttering. Until medication is developed or a treatment to your genetics, there is no cure.
