what i realized in college is everyone is going thru shit, hard shit. college shapes you to who u will be in life. so power through, visualize success, visualize yourself leading clubs and giving speeches. make people take you seriously, i still struggle with this myself but communicate with your classmates and club mates and they will help u practice and get the confidence
