Don't let it get into you. I stammer and I worked in call centre before and progressed my way up. Just be upfront with them and relax. If they don't hire you because you stammer then that explains two things first they are breaching equal opportunities law and second, do you really want to work for people like that? So yeah, don't worry keep going to the interviews until you get use to the pressure.
