Make your lecturers and group members aware of your issues and anxieties. Honestly, you won't be the only one having stage fright/performance anxieties. At least, if you let your lecturers know, they could perhaps be more lenient on you. Either way, do the presentations and research on how to deliver good presentations. Toastmasters have previously released breathing exercises and other helpful techniques that can definitely be of use to you.
