I've been stuttering for 7 months after moving to a different state

I've been stuttering for 7 months after moving to a different state So I move ALOT, but this has never happened to me before. Somewhere in late November or early December I began to stutter which led my new teachers to think I needed special classes. In the end they didn't place in it. I haven't really done anything about it, i'm just casually waiting for it to go. I've also began to say words much longer such as saying "loooooooong" instead of simply "long" Its grown to be so annoying even though I am extremely quiet and tend to rarely talk unless its with my family, etc. I always get anxiety when around people so i'm guessing that it might be due to that as it doesn't happen too much when i'm around people i'm comfortable with but I do occasionally stutter around them. Anyone wanna tell me how to get rid of my stutter?
