Ramble Speech and Stuttering

Ramble Speech and Stuttering Hi all. So here’s something strange about my stutter. I noticed if I ramble, I dont stutter as much if at all. By rambling, I mean saying stuff off the top of my head without giving it any thought. But if I think about what I want to say or think about the words, I stutter every time. Does anyone else experience this? Why does thinking about the words make it worse? Of course I need to be able to think about what Im going to say before I say it so I don't end up sounding like a complete idiot.
