That sucks you have so much going on in addition to the stutter. I hope you’re able to get some answers. It’s hard to say because I’ve stuttered my whole life so I don’t know what my social life would be like if I didn’t stutter. It’s definitely had an impact. It’s harder for me to talk to people than for most people. I’m also introverted so I’m not sure if this is due to the stuttering or not. If I had to guess, I’d say that I’m naturally an introvert but stuttering has reinforced it. That said, I’ve never really had difficulty making friends or anything though. I’m just real with people and even though I stutter, the good people stick around. Also, I’m a very go-go-go person. I’ve always been obsessed with sports and outdoor activities, and I partied a lot when I was younger. Most of my strong social bonds have been formed through doing fun and crazy things with people and not through verbal communication. Maybe that’s why I like doing things and I don’t like sitting around a room talking for hours and hours
