It's been a gradual process. My stutter has been pretty minor since I was 9, each new job has been less stressful than the one before, and I'm older. I was always able to fluently talk to people younger than me. I still have bad days, but my bad days are very minor and I can typically get past blocks with nothing more awkward than an elongated/oddly timed pause. I actually had a bad speech day this weekend and realized that my stuttering was getting to the point where I was now noticing my disfluencies again because it was out of the ordinary. Still stutter when talking to my parents and when I'm cold.
