I wouldn't want to meet someone else who stutters tbh, everyone I've seen online who struggles with it at my age (30) is a man who struggles with it for neurological reasons and they're super precious about it and have a totally different experience than me. My personal issues and experiences aren't felt by men, and the vast majority of people who retain an issue with it into adulthood are men. There are plenty of men in my life who \*don't\* stutter who understand when I need help finishing a sentence and when I'm requesting aid etc., I seriously don't empathize at all with the majority male representation of people who stutter online and it's not for me. I'm happy to continue not meeting them.
