So the next step is figuring out what exactly in our thinking is the problem. We have a 1000 thoughts so which thoughts exactly triggers our stutter. What is your opinion? (for example, thought of 'reasons to stutter', worries, fear, anxiety or thoughts that we accept stuttering) For example, If we speak to our parents, in my case I stutter a lot but I don't experience fear/anxiety/worries (when I speak to my parents) so what thoughts trigger our stutter?
