I agree to that extent. At the same time those who have stuttered severely 10/20+ years can't just reverse the irregular movements of the cural diaphragm. Well I mean, you can but it'd take atleast a third of the time to reverse it. I've learned to train my speech using the costal muscles, so I do understand where you're coming from. But when an irregular motor function is so engraved within a person it's hard to reverse it without incredible discipline over several years. It's just not feasible. Some people can't even talk fluently when they're alone, thats how engraved it can get. And that's why theres so many people hurting on here. Everyone is on their own journey. Some people have to climb higher mountains than you might have, and I think all we can do is respect that, but at the same time learn from people like you and I. :) Mindset will only bring about change, fluency training will not, again, especially for those who are higher of the severity scale.
